What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience working with children with global developmental delays is essential. Experience in using personalized learning techniques and therapeutic interventions is an advantage.
• Skills: Strong understanding of developmental delay, patience, and an ability to adapt strategies to meet individual learning needs.
• Passion: A nurturing and empathetic individual who is dedicated to supporting children with special educational needs.
• Team Player: Ability to work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to create a supportive, well-rounded learning environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one support to a child with global developmental delay, helping them engage in their education and social activities.
• Implement personalized learning plans and tailor support to meet the child’s specific needs, both academically and emotionally.
• Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to support the child's development in areas such as communication, social skills, and motor skills.
• Foster a positive, patient, and encouraging atmosphere that helps the child build confidence and independence.
