The Role

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Design & Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Encourage creativity, innovation, and practical problem-solving skills
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students can thrive
• Support students in developing confidence, independence, and resilience
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs
• Contribute positively to the wider school community

We’re Looking For Teachers Who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Have experience teaching Design & Technology within a secondary school setting
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Build strong, professional relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
• Are committed to safeguarding, student wellbeing, and high behavioural expectations
• Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and energy into the classroom every day
