Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting reliable and adaptable individuals to work as Cover Supervisors in a welcoming secondary school in Llantwit Major.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for flexible, ad-hoc work within education. You’ll step in to supervise pre-set lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, helping to ensure continuity of learning while maintaining a positive classroom environment.
The Role:
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials to students
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Ensure students remain on task throughout the lesson
- Provide feedback to teaching staff following each session

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
