Cover Supervisor – Teesside

Start Date: Immediate / September 2026
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible
Salary: £95–£115 per day (dependent on experience)

We are seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Teesside. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers or experienced support staff looking to gain classroom experience.

About the Role

  • Supervising classes in the absence of a teacher
  • Delivering pre-set work and managing classroom behaviour
  • Supporting students to stay on task and engaged
  • No planning or marking required

About You

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence managing groups of young people
  • Adaptable, proactive and professional
  • Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
