Secondary schools across Middlesbrough and the surrounding areas are seeking Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors to provide day‑to‑day and short‑term classroom cover.

About the Role
Depending on your background and experience, duties may include:
- Delivering set work and following lesson plans provided by the school
- Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment
- Ensuring students stay focused and engaged in their learning
- Managing behaviour in line with school policies
- Working across a range of secondary year groups and settings
For day‑to‑day supply, no lesson planning is required.
Who We’re Looking For
This role is well suited to:
- Qualified teachers (QTS or equivalent)
- Graduates with an interest in teaching
- Individuals with experience supporting or supervising young people
- Confident, approachable individuals comfortable leading a class
- Those seeking variety and flexibility in their work
Having access to a vehicle can be helpful but is not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
