Cover Supervisor 

Location – Worcester (WR15)

Position: Full Time

Start Date - Septemebr 2026

Salary - £19,500 - £20,000 (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a welcoming secondary school in Worcester who are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their support team. This is a full-time role, supporting students both inside and outside of the classroom.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and helping students reach their full potential in a positive and inclusive school environment.

  • Suitable for someone who:
    • Builds positive, respectful relationships with young people.
    • Motivates and supports pupils to achieve their best.
    • Can think on their feet and adapt quickly.
    • Works well under pressure.
    • Has strong classroom management skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
