Are you looking to gain classroom experience or continue your career in education?

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a range of mainstream secondary schools in Liverpool, starting in September 2026. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on classroom experience in a supportive school environment.


The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Deliver pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a productive learning environment
  • Support students in completing the work set by teaching staff
  • Report back to teachers on student progress and behaviour
  • Adapt confidently to different school settings and year groups

No formal teaching qualification is required, making this a fantastic opportunity to step into education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
