We're looking for enthusiastic and resilient Cover Supervisors to join a fantastic secondary school in the Abergavenny area, supporting pupils aged 11-16 (Key Stages 3 & 4).

What You'll Be Doing
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom when teachers are absent and:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and activities.
- Keep students focused, engaged, and on task.
- Manage classroom behaviour confidently and positively.
- Motivate and support pupils of varying abilities.
- Create a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.
- Liaise with teaching staff regarding lesson outcomes and completed work.
- Become a positive role model for young people.
No lesson planning required. No marking required. Just bring your confidence, communication skills, and ability to lead.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
