Teaching Personnel are currently working with a number of secondary, SEN and Primary schools around the Ashford area, who are working with us to find cover supervisors to support when the class teacher is absent. 

Successful candidates will teach and support pupils of all abilities in aspects of teaching and child development, and inspire them to be successful learners across a range of subjects. You will not have to plan or mark work. 

If you are interested in gaining more experience in SEN, primary or secondary schools, looking to take a step down from full time teaching or are a cover supervisor looking for more regular work then please get in touch.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Highly motivated, dedicated and passionate practitioner
  • Commitment in any role to the entirety of your obligations and the ethos of the school / provision
  • Strong Literacy, Numeracy and ICT Skills
  • Experience or a desire to work with pupils with various abilities and needs
