Job Opportunity: Full-Time Cover Supervisor in Milton Keynes!

Position: Full-Time Cover Supervisor

Location: Milton Keynes

Contract Type: Contract

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

As a Full-Time Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the school in the absence of teachers. Your main responsibilities will include:

✓ Supervising and managing the behaviour of students during lessons. ✓ Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans to maintain continuity in learning. ✓ Providing support to students in their learning activities. ✓ Managing classroom resources and ensuring a safe learning environment. ✓ Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and any issues arising during the day.

Requirements: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with the following qualifications and qualities:

✓ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ✓ Ability to engage and inspire students. ✓ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. ✓ Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people is essential.
