Are you a confident, experienced, and proactive Cover Supervisor ready to step into the classroom and lead with authority? We’re seeking a skilled professional who can hit the ground running and confidently manage a classroom.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects

• ‍ Confidently manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment

• Support students to remain focused and on task

• Follow school policies and provide clear feedback to teaching staff

• Act as a strong, professional role model at all times

Essential Requirements (Must-Have)

✅ Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor or in a secondary school classroom
✅ Proven ability to manage behaviour effectively
✅ Confidence leading classes independently
✅ Strong communication and organisation skills
❌ Applicants without relevant school-based experience will not be considered

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
