Ad-Hoc Supply Teachers & Cover Supervisors – Dorchester & Weymouth
Flexible Work | Competitive Weekly Pay | Mainstream Secondary Schools

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors to work on an ad-hoc basis across a variety of mainstream secondary schools in Dorchester and Weymouth.

Due to an increasing demand for bank staff, we are looking to register educators who are seeking flexible work without the commitment of a full-time role. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers, experienced cover supervisors, ECTs, retired teachers, or education professionals looking to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

The Role:

  • Delivering pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively
  • Ensuring students remain on task and engaged with learning
  • Providing feedback to the school at the end of the day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
