What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading engaging whole-class lessons across KS3 and KS4 using prepared work
- Creating a calm, focused, and inclusive learning environment
- Upholding the school’s behaviour and safeguarding standards
- Supporting students with their work and encouraging active participation
- Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff to share feedback and updates
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with secondary-aged students (school-based experience beneficial)
- Confident classroom management and the ability to motivate learners
- A professional, adaptable approach and willingness to cover a range of subjects
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive mindset
- A degree or relevant educational background (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
