Cover Supervisor – NN8 Area
£90 – £120 per day
Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Available
We are currently seeking confident, reliable, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools in the NN8 area. This is an excellent opportunity for educators looking for flexible work, aspiring teachers seeking classroom experience, or experienced professionals wanting a new challenge.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers
-
Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain on task
-
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
-
Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and engagement
The Ideal Candidate
-
Has previous experience working with young people (school-based experience preferred)
-
Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
-
Is confident leading a classroom independently
-
Is adaptable, professional, and organised
Qualifications are desirable but not essential. Relevant degrees, teaching qualifications, or education-based training are advantageous.
Graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, particularly those considering a career in teaching and looking to gain valuable school-based experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
