The Role:

• Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher
• Delivering pre-set work and keeping students on task
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Providing feedback to teaching staff following lessons
• Adapting quickly to different schools and classroom environments

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with young people (school experience desirable)
• Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills
• Confident, professional, and flexible approach
• Graduate or education-related background beneficial but not essential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
