Cover Supervisors – Join Our Supply Agency (Scunthorpe)
Location: Scunthorpe & surrounding areas
Roles Available: Day-to-Day Supply | Short-Term | Long-Term
Pay: £90–£130 per day (dependent on experience and assignment)

We are recruiting reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join our education supply agency, supporting secondary schools across Scunthorpe and the wider North Lincolnshire area.

The Role:
- Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher
- Delivering pre-set work and keeping students on task
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Providing feedback to teaching staff following lessons
- Adapting quickly to different schools and classroom environments
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with young people (school experience desirable)
- Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills
- Confident, professional, and flexible approach
- Graduate or education-related background beneficial but not essential
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
