Cover Supervisor- Full Time- Rugby- Secondary School- ASAP Start

 

Do you have previous experience working as a cover supervisor?

Do you have full availability and can commit to a full time role?

 

The team at Teaching Personnel are collaborating with a mainstream secondary school based in Rugby, to appoint a committed and experienced cover supervisor.

The schools main priority is student progress and ensuring all students are equipped with the skills to succeed.

 

Hours: Full Time

Location: Rugby, CV22

Rate of pay: £100-130 (per day, dependent upon experiences and qualifications)

 

Ideal Candidate:

- Previous experience working as a cover supervisor

- Previous experience working within UK secondary schools

- Strong understanding of the classroom environment

- Excellent behaviour management skills and ability to control a classroom effectively

 

Roles/Responsibilities:

- Confidently deliver pre-set work to a range of classes, year groups and subjects

- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, keeping disruption to a minimum

-Ensure all students complete the work and provide support to those who require it

- Escalate any concerns to senior leaders within the school

- Always abide by schools policies and procedures

- Be professional and respectful at all times, you are a representative of Teaching Personnel and quality is at the heart of everything we do

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
