Cover Supervisor – Flexible Work Available
Location: Various schools
Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing

Are you looking to gain experience in education or take the next step in your career? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience working with young people.

The Role:

  • Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjects
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively
  • Ensure students remain on task and engaged with their work
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Confidence working with students aged 11–16 (or 11–18)
  • Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
  • A flexible and proactive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
