Looking for flexible work in education? Want to gain classroom experience in local Secondary schools?

Teaching Personnel is looking for reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to work in Secondary schools across Norwich. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, teaching assistants, or anyone with experience working with young people.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll supervise classes during teacher absences, make sure students stay on task with the work set, and help maintain a positive classroom environment.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience working with children or young people
• Good communication and classroom management skills
• A calm, professional approach
• Flexibility and reliability
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
