Cover Supervisor Opportunities - Secondary Schools Across Liverpool & Wirral
- £95 - £115 per day (depending on experience)
Teaching Personnel Liverpool & Wirral are currently recruiting strong, confident and experienced Cover Supervisors to support our partnership secondary schools with both short-term daily supply and long-term placements.
With increasing demand from our schools, we are seeking flexible educators who can confidently step into classrooms and maintain a positive learning environment in the absence of the class teacher. Whether you are looking for day-to-day flexibility or a longer-term role within one school, we have a variety of opportunities available.
The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure students remain engaged in learning.
- Maintain a safe, positive and productive classroom environment whilst following school policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student participation, behaviour and progress during lessons.
We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience working with young people in a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
- Confidence leading a class of up to 30 students independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work across different schools and subject areas.
- A proactive and professional approach to education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
