  • Providing support to students where necessary without actively teaching content.

  • Reporting back to teaching staff and school leadership on student progress and any incidents.

  • Ensuring a safe and respectful classroom environment.

We’re Looking For Individuals Who:

  • Are confident and able to manage classroom behaviour effectively.

  • Have excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.

  • Are flexible and adaptable – ready to work in different schools and year groups.

  • Ideally have previous experience working with young people (in education, sports, youth work, etc.).

  • Are available on a part-time or flexible basis, often with short notice.

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK.

  • A genuine interest in education and supporting young learners.
