Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to work across a variety of secondary schools in Chesterfield. The Role

In this cover supervisor role, you will be responsible for supervising whole classes and ensuring students remain engaged with the work set by teaching staff. As a cover supervisor, you will deliver pre-prepared lesson materials, manage classroom behaviour, and maintain a focused and positive learning environment.

The successful cover supervisor will ensure that students stay on task, follow school policies, and complete the work provided. You will also provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of each lesson, making the cover supervisor role an important part of the school day.

• Holds a UK-recognised degree or has relevant experience working with young people

Previous experience as a cover supervisor, tutor, coach, or youth worker is beneficial but not essential.
