Cover Supervisor

Role Overview: Starting in September 2025, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising classes across a range of subjects, ensuring that students remain engaged and on task during teacher absences. The role is ideal for someone with a passion for education, who is looking to build experience in a school environment while supporting the smooth running of lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students in the absence of their regular class teacher, ensuring that work is completed.

• Support students in their learning, maintaining a positive and focused classroom environment.

• Ensure that students follow school rules and procedures.

• Manage classroom behavior effectively, fostering a respectful and productive learning atmosphere.

• Provide assistance to teachers and school staff as needed.

Key Skills and Qualities:

• Previous experience in a school setting (desirable but not essential).
