Cover Supervisor – Blandford
Full-Time | Start Date: January 2025

A welcoming and well-established secondary school in Blandford is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team from January 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to gain valuable experience within a secondary school setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain on task and engaged with the work provided. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with previous experience working with young people who are looking to take the next step in their education career.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Be confident leading a class and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Be adaptable, reliable, and able to build rapport with students quickly
  • Have a genuine interest in supporting young people in their learning
