Teaching personnel is currently recruiting a Cover supervisor to work full time in secondary schools across Bedfordshire, starting as soon as possible.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in education or take teh next step i  their school-based career, As a Cover supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students stay on task and maintain a positive learning environment.

 

The role 

- Deliver pre-set lesson work across a rnage of subjects.

- Manage classroom behaviour and engage studnets in learning.

- Provide feedback to teaching staff where required.

- Work full time within a supportive school environment.

 

The ideal candidate

- Confident and professional in a classroom setting.

- Strong communication and classroom management skills.

- Experience working with young people.

- Reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
