Your Responsibilities
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in during teacher absences to ensure continuity of learning for students aged 11–16. Your role will include:
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and in line with school policies
- Creating a calm, purposeful learning environment
- Supporting pupils to stay engaged and on task
- Providing additional assistance to students with Special Educational Needs when required
