About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuity of students' education during teacher absences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Lessons: Implement pre-prepared lessons, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
- Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a conducive learning environment.
- Supporting Students: Assist students with their work and answer any questions they may have.
You will be teaching across the age and attainment range at both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring a positive and productive learning experience for all students.
