Alcester (B49) | September 2026 Start
£105–£130 per day (dependent on experience)

 

Looking for a full-time role where every day is different? Do you have the confidence to lead a classroom and the behaviour management skills to keep students engaged? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

 

Teaching Personnel is seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to work full time at a welcoming secondary school in Alcester (B49), Warwickshire from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cover Supervisor or someone with similar classroom experience who is passionate about supporting students and maintaining a positive learning environment.

 

Long term or permanent contracts are available for the suitable candidate!

 

The Role:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure students remain engaged in learning.
  • Create a calm, productive classroom environment.
  • Work closely with teaching staff and the wider school team.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar classroom-based role (essential).
  • Excellent behaviour management skills and the confidence to lead a classroom independently.
  • A professional, adaptable and proactive approach.
  • Full-time availability from September 2026.
