We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a thriving secondary school in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced support staff, or individuals with strong leadership skills who enjoy working with young people.
The Role:
✅ Supervising classes during teacher absences across a range of subjects
✅ Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged in learning
✅ Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials and instructions
✅ Creating a positive and productive learning environment
✅ Building strong relationships with staff and students
We're Looking For:
⭐ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
⭐ Strong behaviour management and classroom presence
⭐ Confidence working with secondary-aged students
⭐ Adaptable, reliable and professional approach
⭐ Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
