Are you an inspiring Computer Science educator ready to shape the next generation of digital innovators?

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Computer Science Teacher to join a forward-thinking college in Leyland. This is an exciting opportunity to teach advanced courses including A Level Computer Science and T Level Digital Production, Design & Development.

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality lessons that develop learners’ programming skills, computational thinking, and understanding of digital systems—preparing them for success in higher education and the tech industry.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Have experience teaching Computer Science at post-16 level
  • Be confident delivering advanced topics such as algorithms, Python programming, and software development principles
  • Understand OCR and Edexcel specifications for A Level and T Level courses
  • Bring enthusiasm and a commitment to student success

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
