Tonypandy | Monday–Friday, 08:30am – 3:00pm | From £110 per day

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to work full-time as an Unqualified Teacher / Classroom Supervisor in a secondary school in Tonypandy. You will be responsible for overseeing pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects for pupils in Years 7–11.
This is not a planning role—all lesson materials are provided. Your focus will be on maintaining a positive learning environment, managing behaviour effectively, and building strong relationships with pupils and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise whole-class lessons using pre-prepared materials
- Maintain classroom order and manage challenging behaviour confidently
- Engage students and ensure they remain on task
- Build rapport with pupils across different age groups and abilities
- Collaborate with teaching staff and follow school policies
- Act quickly and calmly in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to think on your feet and use initiative
- Comfortable working across a range of subjects

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including core subjects such as English and Maths)
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
