Class Teacher – Primary (All Key Stages)

Sheffield & Barnsley
Full-time / Part-time / Temporary / Permanent opportunities available

We are seeking enthusiastic, committed Class Teachers to work across all key stages (EYFS, KS1 and KS2) in a range of welcoming primary schools across Sheffield and Barnsley.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers or ECTs who are passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and making a positive impact on pupils’ learning and wellbeing.

The Role

  • Teaching a primary class across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on experience and preference)
  • Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
  • Supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
  • Working collaboratively with staff, parents and carers

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience or interest in teaching across primary key stages
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Flexible, adaptable and enthusiastic about teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
