Business Teacher

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a high-achieving secondary school in Salford to recruit an experienced and passionate Business Teacher to join their successful Business department from February 2026.

• Full-time, Monday – Friday.
• Paid in line with the Teacher Pay Scale (M1-UPS3)
• Full planning and marking responsibilities

The head of Business Studies is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Business teacher with a track record of excellent classroom practice. You will take on a full timetable teaching KS3 and KS4 classes and so it is essential that you are able to teach across varying abilities.

You will plan and deliver enriching lessons covering the Business curriculum that engage learners. You will also assess student progress against set targets and set new learning goals which motivate learners.

Teacher requirements:

• Hold QTS and a PGCE specialising in Business, Economics or Maths 
• Experience teaching History to students aged 11-16
• Strong classroom management
• A commitment to providing high quality teaching and learning experiences.
