Bank SEN Teaching Assistants needed

We are looking for Bank SEN Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated pool of staff supporting specialist schools in Blackpool.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and complex learning difficulties

Assisting with classroom activities and tailored learning plans
-
Helping to create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
-
Working alongside teachers and other support staff to meet pupils’ needs
What we’re looking for:
-
Experience in SEN, care, youth work or education (desirable but not essential – training can be provided)

Patience, resilience and a genuine passion for supporting children
-
Flexibility to work on a bank/cover basis across different settings
-
A current enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
