Aspiring HLTA Programme – Teaching Personnel
Location: Shepton Mallet
Pay £90-94 per day
Role Type: Long-term & Permanent positions available
Do you have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant? Are you ready to take the next step in your career and gain a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification?
Teaching Personnel is excited to offer our Aspiring HLTA Programme – a fantastic opportunity for ambitious and dedicated Teaching Assistants looking to upskill and progress within education.
What’s involved?
You will enrol with Teaching Personnel and Best Practice Network (BPN) and begin with a comprehensive induction. Over the course of almost a full academic year, you will work towards achieving your Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a school setting based within a primary school in Shepton Mallet.
Following this, you will move on to a 3-month fast-track HLTA qualification, helping you reach the next level in your professional journey.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
