Supply Art Teacher – Secondary Education
Bradford, West Yorkshire
Start Date: September
Contract: Temporary, with potential for extension
Daily Rate: £165 – £223 (dependent on experience)
Full-time or part-time options available

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Supply Art Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Bradford. The successful candidate will deliver engaging Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to incorporate Textiles and 3D Art, depending on expertise. This role offers the chance to inspire students' creativity and contribute to a supportive and forward-thinking department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and effective Art lessons aligned with the national curriculum.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and artistic expression.

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Art curriculum and participate in departmental initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Experience teaching Art at the secondary school level.

  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different school settings.

  • A genuine passion for Art education and inspiring young minds.

Desirable:

  • Experience teaching Textiles and 3D Art.

  • Familiarity with the latest educational technologies and teaching methodologies.
