Art Teacher – Charmouth

Location: Charmouth
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Temporary / Long-term
Hours: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: Paid to scale, depending on experience

Are you a passionate Art Teacher looking for your next opportunity? Teaching Personnel are currently working with a welcoming secondary school in Charmouth who are looking for an enthusiastic Art Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.

The Role

  • Teaching Art across KS3 and KS4

  • Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons

  • Supporting students to develop their artistic skills and confidence

  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Working alongside colleagues within the Art and Creative Arts department

  • Assessing and providing constructive feedback on student progress

The Ideal Candidate

The school is looking for an Art Teacher who:

  • Holds QTS/QTLS or has relevant teaching experience

  • Has experience teaching Art within a secondary school setting

  • Is confident teaching engaging and well-structured lessons

  • Has a genuine passion for Art and creative education

  • Can build positive relationships with students

  • Is reliable, enthusiastic and committed to supporting student progress
