Full-Time Position
A well-regarded mainstream secondary school in Bournemouth is seeking a creative and dedicated Art Teacher to join their team from January on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring educator who is passionate about nurturing students’ artistic skills and encouraging creative expression across all year groups.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 Art, contribute to the planning and development of the curriculum, and play an active role within a supportive and collaborative department. The school prides itself on its inclusive ethos, strong community values, and commitment to high-quality teaching and learning.
The ideal candidate will:

Be a qualified Art Teacher with QTS or equivalent

Have experience teaching Art within a secondary school setting

Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for creativity

Inspire students and create a positive learning environment

Be committed to contributing to the wider school community
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an enthusiastic ECT looking to develop their practice in a forward-thinking and supportive school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
