The Role
  • Deliver engaging Art & Design lessons up to GCSE (A-Level welcome).
  • Inspire creativity, critical thinking, and technical skill development.
  • Support students of all abilities to achieve their full artistic potential.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to the wider creative life of the school department.
 
What We Look For
  • Qualifications: QTS, QTLS, or a relevant teaching degree.
  • Specialism: Strong subject knowledge across fine art, design, and media.
  • Skills: Excellent classroom management and communication abilities.
  • Mindset: Enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated to student success.
  • Security: A valid Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
