We are seeking an enthusiastic Art & Design Technology Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school on a full-time, agency basis.

This role is perfect for someone who loves inspiring students through creativity, practical learning, and engaging lessons — all while being supported by a dedicated agency team ️️

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Teaching engaging Art and DT lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Encouraging creativity and confidence in students of all abilities

  • Using strong behaviour management to create a positive learning environment

  • Assessing, monitoring, and supporting student progress

  • Maintaining safe, organised, and inspiring classrooms and workshops

  • Working closely with school staff and agency support teams

  • Supporting creative projects, displays, and enrichment activities


We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Holds QTS (or is working towards it)

  • ️ Has experience teaching Art and/or Design Technology

  • Is proactive, flexible, and creative

  • ️ Communicates confidently and builds strong relationships

  • Has strong behaviour management skills

  • ❤️ Is passionate about making a difference in a Bradford school community
