Change Lives Through One-to-One Tuition Across Surrey
TP Tutors is recruiting committed SEN Tutors to provide tailored tuition for learners across Surrey, particularly the GU9 and GU8 areas. This rewarding role involves supporting children and young people with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other SEND needs to build confidence, improve attainment, and enjoy learning.
Location: Surrey – GU9, GU8 and surrounding areas
Contract: Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities
Pay: £25–£30 per hour
Delivery: One-to-one tuition in schools, community venues, or learners' homes

In This Role You Will
- Deliver personalised tuition that meets individual learning needs
- Adapt teaching methods to maximise engagement
- Encourage confidence, independence, and academic progress
- Keep accurate progress records
- Build effective partnerships with schools, families, and professionals
Essential Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEND
- Background in education, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or related roles
- Knowledge of safeguarding best practice
- Ability to travel across Surrey, particularly GU9, GU8 and surrounding areas
- Strong communication and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
