Qualified Teachers required to Support Learners Across Portsmouth
TP Tutors is currently recruiting experienced QTS Tutors to provide specialist one-to-one tuition across Portsmouth and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for qualified teachers who are passionate about delivering personalised education outside of a traditional classroom setting. You will support primary and secondary learners requiring additional academic support, intervention, exam preparation or SEND-focused tuition.
Working one-to-one allows you to tailor every session to the student's individual needs, helping them build confidence, improve attainment and enjoy learning again.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personalised tuition
- Support learners across core curriculum subjects
- Adapt teaching strategies to individual needs
- Monitor progress and provide feedback
- Work collaboratively with schools and families
- Promote positive learner engagement and achievement
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching primary or secondary learners
- Strong curriculum knowledge
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel across Portsmouth and surrounding areas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
