SEN Tutor - Chichester
Make a Difference Through Specialist Educational Support
TP Tutors is currently seeking passionate SEN Tutors to provide one-to-one tuition throughout Chichester and surrounding areas.
This role offers the opportunity to support learners with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and a variety of special educational needs. Through tailored lessons and a learner-centred approach, you'll help young people remain engaged with education and achieve meaningful progress.

Role Information
- Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities available
- Pay between £25 and £30 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective, personalised tuition sessions
- Tailor lessons to individual learning needs and abilities
- Foster confidence and a positive attitude towards learning
- Track learner development and record progress
- Build strong working relationships with families, schools, and professionals
Experience and Skills
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND/SEN
- Previous work within tutoring, education, mentoring, youth services, or similar roles
- Understanding of safeguarding practices and responsibilities
- Ability to travel throughout Chichester and surrounding areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
