At TP-Tutors, we're looking for qualified teachers (QTS/QTLS) to provide personalised, one-to-one tuition for students who are currently outside of a school placement.

These young people may be awaiting a new school, accessing alternative provision, or unable to attend mainstream education. They need experienced educators who can adapt, inspire and help them continue their learning journey.

About the role

You'll work with students on a one-to-one basis, delivering engaging, face-to-face tuition in their home or an agreed community setting. With smaller caseloads and personalised learning plans, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and see the direct impact of your teaching.

We're looking for teachers who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Have experience delivering the National Curriculum.
• Can adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
• Are passionate about helping students overcome barriers to education.
• Are confident working independently while being supported by a dedicated TP-Tutors consultant.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
