Are you committed to helping young people succeed? TP Tutors is currently seeking motivated SEN Tutors to provide one-to-one tuition across Bognor Regis and surrounding areas.
You will work closely with children and young people who have autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional learning needs. By delivering personalised support, you'll help learners strengthen their confidence, engage positively with education, and achieve academic progress.

Location: Bognor Regis and surrounding areas
What does the role offer?
Contract: Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities
Pay: £25–£30 per hour
Delivery: One-to-one tuition in schools, community venues, or learners' homes

What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve?
• Deliver engaging one-to-one tuition sessions
• Adapt lesson content to accommodate individual needs
• Encourage learner confidence and independence
• Maintain accurate progress records
• Build effective relationships with families, schools, and professionals
What experience is required?
• Experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEND
• Background in tutoring, education, mentoring, youth work, or related roles
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices
• Ability to travel within Gillingham and nearby areas
• Excellent communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
