Inspire Progress Through Personalised One-to-One Tuition
TP Tutors is looking for dedicated and compassionate SEN Tutors to provide personalised one-to-one tuition across Blandford Forum and the surrounding areas.
We support children and young people with a wide range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, and learners who require alternative education or additional support to re-engage with learning. Through tailored tuition, you'll help learners overcome barriers, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful educational progress.
Location: Blandford Forum and surrounding areas
Contract: Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities
Pay: £25–£30 per hour
Delivery: One-to-one tuition in learners' homes, schools, or community settings

Your Role
As an SEN Tutor, you will:
- Deliver personalised tuition tailored to each learner's individual needs and strengths
- Plan engaging sessions that support both academic achievement and personal development
- Adapt teaching methods and resources to suit different learning styles
- Encourage learners to build confidence, resilience, and independence
- Work collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to support positive outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEND
- A background in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, teaching assistance, or education support
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities
- Ability to travel across Blandford Forum and the surrounding areas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
