Are you passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you live in or near Basingstoke? Join TP Tutors and provide personalised 1:1 or small group tuition in core subjects such as Maths and English.
We are looking for compassionate individuals with experience in education, mentoring, youth work, or SEN support who are committed to inclusive learning.
Role: SEN Tutor (SEND Support Opportunities Available)
Location: Basingstoke and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
-
Deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs
-
Support learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and additional needs
-
Create a structured and supportive learning environment
-
Provide tuition in homes or suitable community settings
-
Encourage confidence, engagement, and academic progress
Requirements
-
Experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEND
-
Ability to teach primary or secondary level students
-
Based in or near Basingstoke with willingness to travel locally
-
Patient, reliable, and adaptable approach
-
Strong understanding of safeguarding practices

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
