This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a Year 2 pupil, providing tailored support to help them access learning, build confidence, and flourish both academically and socially. The Role

• Full-time Teaching Assistant
• September start
• Working on a 1:1 basis with a Year 2 pupil
• Supporting the pupil throughout the school day, both in and out of the classroom
• Helping to adapt learning activities to meet individual needs
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive engagement
• Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support staff
• Promoting a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children, ideally within a primary school or SEND setting
• Is patient, kind, and empathetic
• Can build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Is proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic
• Is passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential
