£14.25 per hour | Weekly PAYE | Monday–Friday (School Hours)

Your Mission

As a 1:1 ASD Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with  pupils who needs consistency, patience, and someone who truly understands them.

You’ll:

  • Build trust and genuine rapport
  • Support emotional regulation and behaviour
  • Take the pupil out of class for focused 1:1 sessions
  • Keep them engaged, calm, and on task
  • Help the teacher set up activities and learning tasks
  • Be the adult they rely on every single day

  • Someone who naturally gets on a child’s level
  • A reliable key worker who can support emotional regulation

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
