Longer Term Roles
We generally class any assignment over six weeks as a long-term role. Over 70% of our placements are for this type of position and often exist to provide schools with cover for maternity, long-term staff sickness, unfilled vacancies and on going specialist interventions.

Daily supply work will range from one day requirements to bookings that can run for a number of weeks. You might be in one school or a number of schools and will generally be covering staff sickness, non-contact time and differing types of planned staff absence.
Whilst we will always endeavour to give you as much notice as possible, there may be occasions where cover is needed for emergency requirements resulting in you being contacted for work on the same day.
We offer schools a suite of pupil intervention programmes to meet the needs of pupils. You will have the opportunity to deliver these highly rewarding programmes and help raise the attainment and achievement levels of children and young adults. These assignments are often carried out on a one-to-one or small group basis and can be for short or long periods in assignment length – ideal if you are seeking flexibility.

SEN Support Programmes
Our SEN Support Programmes offer you the option of something different. From behaviour support and vocational mentoring to swimming and gardening roles – schools are regularly requesting staff for these programmes and feedback from the learning support staff who deliver them is that of enjoyment and immense job satisfaction.
A significant number of teachers and learning support staff will register with the intention of finding a permanent job immediately or at some point in the future.
