South Wales Primary Branch

The South Wales Primary Branch of Teaching Personnel is one of our busiest branches. They are filling long-term roles and supply bookings daily and are constantly registering new candidates. Like the other branches in the location, they cover all of South, Mid and West Wales. They recruit classroom teachers, intervention teachers, learning support assistants for SEN support and classroom assistants.

Our Primary branch has five consultants who are experts in working with Primary schools. Some of them come from an education background themselves and they are all extremely passionate about providing the best possible service to their schools. They only recruit candidates of the highest quality who are certain to make a positive difference to the education of the children they work with. We also have two Welsh language consultants working with Welsh language schools and specialising in working with Welsh speakers.

The Primary branch are known for providing long term and permanent placements for the candidates who register with them but also have a lot of short term, supply business which can be more flexible and versatile for those candidates who are not able to or don’t want to work full time. We are the first-choice agency for large schools who constantly recruit new staff through the year and provide a lot of opportunities for our candidates. Long-standing partnerships with our schools and excellent knowledge of the education sector enable Teaching Personnel to provide you with the right work opportunities that are tailored around you!
Our Primary consultants also get involved in their schools in other ways, not just supplying staff. We help run sports days, fairs, raffles, sporting competitions e.g. ‘beat the goalie’ and we have also taught valuable lessons in CV writing and interview techniques – check out our Twitter page @Walestp to see what else we do!

We run valuable training sessions for our Primary staff including: Team Teach, Welsh language, DCF and LNF training, Phonics, Assessment for Learning and Overview of SEN.
If you want to work with an agency that supports, advises and prioritises you for your perfect work then contact us today!
